Highland cattle are having a moment. But they’re not a fad.
Long before Highlands started showing up all over social media, coffee mugs and home decor, generations of breeders were raising them for the traits that have allowed the breed to endure for centuries. Underneath all that hair is still a functional breed of cattle shaped by generations of breeding, with a history that goes back a whole lot further than the latest trend.
Our “Not a Fad” tee is a little reminder that Highlands were here before they were trendy, and they’ll still be here when the internet moves on to something else. The distressed lettering and hand-drawn Highland give the design a simple, vintage Western feel without turning the cow into a caricature.
Printed on the classic Comfort Colors 1717, this heavyweight tee is made from pre-shrunk, 100% ring-spun U.S. cotton. The soft-washed, garment-dyed fabric gives it that broken-in Comfort Colors feel, while the relaxed fit makes it an easy everyday shirt.
Every purchase from our shop directly supports Happy Hens & Highlands Farm and our efforts to keep raising cattle, caring for this mountain and protecting working farmland.
