Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

• Please allow about one week for us to process your order before it ships.
• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Items shipped from our farm go by USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives in 1-3 business days after it ships within the U.S. Priority Mail Express is also available at checkout.
• Clothing is printed and shipped by our print partner, so it may arrive in a separate package.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the shipping method you choose.

Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

International Shipping

• Clothing ships internationally. The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout.
• All other items ship within the U.S. only.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." If you experience an issue, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them.
