Physical Products (Merch & Accessories)
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window: No refunds, exchange only within 30 days.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized/customized products

• Digital products (photographs)

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at happyhensandhighlandsfarm@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement.

Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, no refunds, are exchanged only within 30 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
