No Returns - Exchanges Only
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We are happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges:

• Shirts and clothing (printed on demand just for you)
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items
• Digital products (photographs)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at happyhensandhighlandsfarm@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement. Shirts that arrive damaged or with a printing error are covered too.
