Welcome to Happy Hens & Highlands! By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and designs may appear slightly different on screen.

2. Digital Products & License

  • Digital photographs purchased from Happy Hens & Highlands are for personal use only.
  • Redistribution, resale, or modification of digital products is strictly prohibited without our written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, belongs to Happy Hens & Highlands and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by the use of our website or products.
  • In no case shall Happy Hens & Highlands be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

6. Farm Visits, Photo Sessions & Painting Classes

  • Farm visits, photo sessions and painting classes are by reservation only and are for guests 10 and older.
  • Picking a date and time sends us a visit request. It is not a confirmed booking, and your card is not charged. We reserve the right to decline any request.
  • If we accept, we will let you know by email or text. That is when your card is charged, and your confirmation includes the farm address, directions and the liability waiver. Please do not travel until you are confirmed.
  • We are a working farm, and our animals come first. Plans can change with the weather and the animals. We reserve the right to cancel any visit, for any reason, even after it is confirmed. If we cancel, you will get a full refund. We are not able to cover travel costs.
  • All bookings are non-refundable for guest cancellations. To change your visit, reschedule at least 72 hours in advance.
