Temporary Doesn’t Mean Disposable, What If Christians Have Stewardship Backwards?
I grew up hearing a lot about the end times. This world is temporary. Jesus is coming back. But lately I've been wondering whether Christians sometimes took that belief and drew the wrong conclusion from it. Maybe believing our time here is temporary should make us more concerned with how we care for what God placed in our hands, not less.
What I Saw in America’s Heartland
I just got home from a trip through Nebraska and South Dakota, where I saw firsthand what some American farmers and ranchers are facing. Drought, wildfires, struggling crops and disappearing pasture are taking their toll on the people we depend on to feed us. American agriculture needs our support, and I think we need to start paying attention before we lose more than we realize.
